This City of London-based site faced significant access restrictions due to its location in a bustling area, presenting challenges for material delivery. We were tasked with completing the RC frame after the initial contractor struggled with the project’s complexity. Bela successfully took over, bringing the project back on schedule for constructing a 7-story building and adding lift shafts to the existing structure.
