Constructed on the location of The Keskidee Centre, or Keskidee Arts Centre, Britain’s inaugural arts hub for the black community was established in 1971. The music video for ‘is this love’ by Bob Marley was shot at this venue. Following the building’s destruction by fire, we were commissioned to oversee its reconstruction. Our responsibilities included constructing the basement and carrying out the reinforced concrete framework for a residential apartment block.
